What is an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM)?
- Updated ATM technology with teller assistance that allows video chatting with a live teller to complete transactions through a secure portal.
- Transactions such as withdrawing cash, cashing checks, checking your balances, assist with loan payments, and so much more can be done using the ITM.
How does an ITM work?
- Insert your debit card, enter 4-digit pin, and follow the instructions on the screen.
- If you do not have your debit card, press Teller Assist and provide your photo ID for live teller assistance. After business hours, a debit card is required to complete transactions.

What types of bills are there in the ITMs?
- There will be $1, $5, $20, and $100 bills available.
- Coins will not be available to be put into or dispense through our machines.
- If you are cashing a check, the change will be deposited into an account of your choice.
What accounts do I have access to?
- You will have immediate access to your primary checking and savings accounts. If you would like other accounts linked to your debit card, please contact us.
Can I make loan payments on the ITMs?
- Yes, you are able to make loan payments but will require live video teller assistance. For loan payments, please press the Teller Assist button for teller assistance.
Where and when can I use the ITMs?
- Our Interactive Teller Machines are located in our Wisconsin Rapids Branch drive-thru and Plover Branch drive-thru. Live video teller assistance hours are: Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-5:00pm / Friday: 7:30am-5:30pm / Saturday: 9:00am-12:00pm
- The machines will also be available for regular deposit and withdrawal transactions 24/7, without video teller assistance.
How do I use an ITM for my business needs?
- Insert your debit card, enter 4-digit pin, and follow the instructions on the screen.
- If you do not have a debit card for your business checking account, please contact us at 715-423-8100.
- If you do not have your debit card, press Teller and provide your photo ID for live teller assistance. After business hours, a debit card is required to complete transactions.
- To select or change a PIN, please contact 1-833-998-4695 and use the last 4 digits of the business EIN/TIN number.
